TITLE: Someways

  1. I had done my calculations…
If I had answered the 6 questions that I had not answered, I would've got approximately 700 in the math portion of the SAT. 🙁 Bad luck man… I had always hated the SAT because of the time limit.

  2. is there a way to see which calculator programs are allowed on the psat? because i have been trying to find which ones are allowed, but i can't find anything about it

  3. I can do all these problems on paper or in my head, you don't need a calculater to find fractions or slope intercept points or best of all to find graphs . There are ways to graph any equation without the calculater lol. The only time I need the calculater is when I need to check my answer or I need to do trig problems . The SAT is easy in a sense if you are not lazy and reley on the calculater all the time. The other math half without the calculater is no different then with the half with the calculater.

  4. I'm not even in middle school yet and I'm taking the SAT NEXT WEEK!! I'm super nervous and am not ready at all…. I'm watching every video that's out there to help me, yet some still don't help me very much. Do you think you can give me some tips?

  5. Tbh, the math SAT isn't that horribly hard for me. I mean I don't get a lot of the concepts because more than half of the math section is Algebra 2 and advanced Geometry, but for the Algebra 1, Geometry, and other Math problems, I only miss 1 or 2 of those at best.
What I'm trying to say is "how tf do I do the reading section of the SAT? it always kills my head"

  6. Guys, if you do not want to download any programs and yet just use whatever your calculator has and yet get the most out of it, follow these simple steps:
Press: APPS then 8 then 1. You will see your TI 84 and most likely TI 83 has these equations preset for you.
If you press on 1 after doing the work above, you will be able to factor any quadratic equations.
If you press on 2, you can solve any systems of equation.
Check more of those apps for more fun stuff. Anyone taking the October 7th, 2017 SAT like me? :).
Good luck in advance. :). You got this!

  7. Those are great programs and hacks, but, now, every school requires SAT supervisors to "clear" the calculator. This would trash all the previous data and third-party programs.
